Venue
The conference will be held in the Alan Gilbert Building (161 Barry Street, Carlton),
in the new University Square precinct, south of Grattan Street, at the University of Melbourne.
The building has entrances from both Barry Street, and Grattan Street
(red arrows into building 104 at top of map).
Registration
Registration will be in the foyer of the Alan Gilbert building.
Early registration will be from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm on Thursday evening.
Audiovisual Facilities
All of the conference rooms will have overhead projectors and data projectors connected to PCs and Macintoshes. Audio support will be available in those streams where it has been requested. Speakers may choose to use their own laptops, but we encourage use of the conference facilities to minimise delays between talks.
Speakers should load their presentations onto the conference computers in the breaks before their sessions. We ask session chairs to be present during the break to ensure that all presentations have been successfully loaded before the session begins.
